In the event you are injured or become ill and are unable to work for an extended period of time, Hi-Line offers Long Term Disability insurance to help replace your income.    Coverage is optional and the company subsidizes half the cost for LTD insurance when you enroll.

Coverage Highlights

LONG-TERM DISABILITY
Replaces monthly pay when you are unable to work to earn a paycheck due to a disabling illness or off the job related injury.
PRE-EXISTING CONDITION LIMITATION
12 months pre-existing period with a 3 month look-back is applicable to new enrollees.
BENEFIT DURATION
Until you are no longer disabled or to social security normal retirement age
MAXIMUM MONTHLY BENEFIT
60% up to $10,000
ELIMINATION PERIOD
Benefits begin after 90 days
